After successful completion of the course, students can
- make arrangements regarding meeting place/date/time and obtain information regarding arrival and departure, as long as these are linguistically brief and concise
- greet colleagues/clients and exchange simple courtesies, e.g. respond to invitations and apologies
- briefly introduce themselves in a text (job/family/hobbies)
- describe an event and say what, when and where it took place.
- In addition, they develop intercultural competence in contact with Russian-speaking/ Spanish-speaking partners with the aim of building up the mutual necessary trust for common business.
- introduce themselves and other colleagues, as well as their own company,
- bring gifts,
- carry out small talk,
- invite guests to city tours and business meals,
