After successful completion of this course, students can demonstrate the basic knowledge that will enable them to participate in the certification process as junior project manager (IPMA Level D) (2). They can plan, coordinate, promote, control and finish small and medium sized projects professionally according to international standards by applying PM methods and the related technical competences.
