After successful completion of this course, students can prepare and implement personnel management decisions in companies (e.g. staff selection, staff development, staff motivation, staff release, etc.). (3) Furthermore, they can compare different types of organisational structures that can be found in practice (functional organisation, specialised organisation, matrix organisation) and analyse their advantages and disadvantages.
