Film, TV and Media Production

The film industry is developing rapidly. Essential for media production are sound economic and legal knowledge, combined with project management skills. The bachelor degree programme “Film, TV and Media Production” offers students this combination. The lecturers are drawn from the film and media industry and are producers of renowned and distinguished productions, who apply very innovative teaching concepts.

Graduates of this programme can

  • play a leading role in the production and commercial exploitation of films for cinema release, TV movies and documentary formats
  • manage web-based multimedia animation projects
  • produce AV formats in convergent contexts (e.g. at multimedia companies, for cultural projects, to integrate social media in areas such as mass-media communication or corporate publishing)
  • perform management control functions in film, television and media production
