The process management system PROMAS describes all relevant processes at the UAS and its interfaces to other processes in flow diagrams. For each activity, you can see who carries it out, who is responsible, who contributes to it, and who is informed about it. Additionally, it is possible to directly select and access relevant process-related documents (directives, drafts etc.).

At present, the process-scape of the UAS BFI Vienna comprises

  • Core processes: teaching (study programmes, executive education), research
  • Management processes: leadership, quality management, finances, HR
  • Support processes: internationalisation, communication, infrastructure,

which support the core processes.

Transparency is important to us! Therefore, it is possible to access the main processes and documents of the core areas teaching, executive education as well as internationalisation through PROMAS.
