Forwarding and shipping business according to UGB (Austrian Commercial Code) or AÖSp (General Austrian Forwarding Regulations); CMR; aviation law;
The basic pricinpless of the Road Traffic Act, Carriage of Goods Act, Austrian Federal Law on Dangerous Goods, Austrian Federal Road Tolls Act; Container Safety Act, EC Regulation on Traffic; the carrier's liability in case of transport by road, at sea, in fresh water, in the air and on the rails.
