Learning outcome
After successful completion of the traineeship, students are able to:
- Demonstrate the application of knowledge and skill-sets acquired throughout the programme at the workplace, in the assigned functions
- Solve real-life challenges in the workplace by analysing work environment and conditions, and selecting appropriate skill sets acquired throughout the programme
- Communicate and collaborate effectively and appropriately with different professionals in the (international) work environment through written and oral means
- Demonstrate appreciation and respect for diverse groups of professionals (across countries and cultures) by engaging harmoniously with various company stakeholders
- Exhibit critial thinking and problem-solving skills by analysing and reflecting upon underlying issues and challenges related to their traineeship, the degree programme and their self-advancement
- Articulate career options and provisional paths by considering opportunities in the traineeship company, other companies in relevant industries, as well as professional and educational advancement
