Learning outcome
At the end of this module, students will be able to interpret team building processes and contribute their shares. They will know which beneficial and inhibiting factors are essential for a team to cooperate successfully. Students will be able to identify how team processes work and who is needed on a team. They will also identify which working methods and work techniques are appropriate when working in a team and which factors have a significant impact on their success.
