Assessment methods and criteria
Final written exam (70%)
Content criteria: degree of problem determination and problem characterisation
Formal criteria: completeness of answers, linguistic expression, autonomy of result presentation
Continuous assessment (30%): Individual and group work und presentation including evaluated partial exams, active contributions in the course, complexity of solutions with regards to professional competence and methodical expertise, quality of presentation.

Learning outcome
After successful completion of the module, the students can
analyse the structural characteristics of the production of film, TV and streaming formats including pre-production, production and post-production
analyse screenplays, format and graphics concepts of digital film production in consideration of VFX aspects
examine screenplay, direction, art direction, etc. in collaboration with technological and artistic contact persons with regards to digital production aspects and plan and calculate them under economic-technological considerations in all production steps
independently lead smaller crossmedial VFX projects as VFX producers and participate in large-scale productions as VFX production assistants.
