Learning outcome
After successfully completing this course, students will be able to
- illustrate the social problem areas and challenges in projects,
- apply methods of analysis and, building on them, deduce solutions,
- out of this, develop a self-conception of their role as project manager in the social system “project” as well as recognize and distinctively describe the interests and needs of other roles in the project, and
- apply stakeholder management with its methods (e.g. system board).
