Learning outcome

After successful completion of the module students are able to
prepare and deliver effective presentations,
select suitable media and methods,
apply forms of participant involvement,
communicate project results appropriately for the target group and
plan meetings and workshops independently by using questioning techniques,
analyze conflict processes and take appropriate interventions to find a solution,
describe causes that can lead to conflicts,
take measures to avoid conflicts or resolve them constructively and
develop solutions for possible conflicts.
