Assessment methods and criteria
Choice between: - Internationally recognised language certificate - Russian: At least 65% of each of the 5 parts (vocabulary and grammar, reading comprehension, listening comprehension, written production, oral part) must be passed. - Internal exam: oral part 50% (oral production and interaction 30 points, oral reception 20 points), written part 50% (reading comprehension 20 points, written production and interaction 30 points). Exemplary for A2+/B1 Russian: After successful completion of the course, students can - make arrangements regarding meeting place/date/time and obtain information regarding arrival and departure, as long as these are linguistically brief and concise - greet colleagues/clients and exchange simple courtesies, e.g. respond to invitations and apologies - briefly introduce themselves in a text (job/family/hobbies) - describe an event and say what, when and where it took place. - In addition, they develop intercultural competence in contact with Russian-speaking/ Spanish-speaking partners with the aim of building up the mutual necessary trust for common business.
