Learning outcome

After successful completion of the course, students can

  • initiate proceedings regarding mediations or dispute resolutions
  • competently address the demands of an employment contract or the termination of an employment relationship in a legal dispute and contribute to its settlement
  • if necessary, preserve the interests of the employer in court, regardless of the representation of a lawyer, and support the judicial enforcement of the employer’s legal claims
