Learning outcome
After successful completion of the course, the students can
- name the characteristics of a good scientific research question and formulate a research question and hypotheses
- describe characteristics of a study population and select/explain the suitable population in view of the research design
- develop a research design
- determine relevant statistical tests in view of the research question and apply them to the collected data (by means of SPSS)
- interpret the results of the evaluation in SPSS and deduce theory-driven conclusions
- critically analyse the quality of different HR-relevant research
