Practical Project

Brief description

Following the preparation workshop during the previous semester, students will form small teams to work on a specific project (specified by a project sponsor), they will define the implementation and conclusion of the project and deliver it to the project sponsors. At the end of the semester there will be a target / actual analysis based on the initially specified tasks. Students will be assessed based on the actual / target analysis as well as the project documentation (project manual). At the end of the semester a project exhibition will be organized to present the results of the projects to the public (including relevant marketing strategies).

Learning outcome

After successfully completing this module, students will be able to apply their theoretical knowledge of project management to a specific project which they will implement and conclude using PM methods; they will be able to independently resolve (unknown/new) problematic situations and implement a project as part of a team.
