Project Management Lab
Brief description
- small groups analyze selected project management topic areas in selected companies,
- all small groups develop/utilize a maturity model as benchmark,
- students autonomously agree the cooperation with one company each,
- students choose the appropriate survey method (quant./qual.),
- analysis of the company, alignment with the maturity model and deduction of measures,
- poster presentation and comparison of results

Learning outcome
After successfully completing this course, students will be able to
- utilize the previously acquired PM knowledge in the analysis of project management practice in specific companies,
- autonomously reach an agreement with the client,
- handle complexities as well as contradictions and ambiguities,
- apply methods for business analysis (e.g. maturity model, qual./quant. survey),
- document and present results appropriately.
