Learning outcome
After successful completion of the course, the students can
- describe approaches of traditional, agile and hybrid project management and identify different project phases
- plan, realise and control projects and select suitable project management methods
- understand the importance of project teams and select confidence-building measures with special regard to diversity in (virtual) teams
- analyse specific challenges in virtual projects, select suitable approaches and methods of project management and suggest appropriate measures
- apply methods of moderation, presentation and conflict resolution
- critically relect on processes, roles and individual contributions to projects and project results
