Learning outcome

After successfully completing this course, students will be able to, • explain the premises and research traditions of main organisational theory approaches and derive the strengths and weaknesses of the approaches presented, • analyse concrete organisations and decisions in organisations from different theoretical angles and • evaluate the consequences of organizational theories for their own management behavior and decision-making.
