Learning outcome

Upon successful completion, students will be able to precisely specify basic economic terminology of human resource management and organisation theory. Due to their vast understanding of human resource management, students will be able to integrate their knowledge in an operational organisation and see its wider context and they will be able to support their choices. They will be able to name and explain forms of organisations as well as human resource management methods and models.
