Learning outcome
After successfully completing this course, students will be able to
- connect previously acquired knowledge on forms of work with new findings in virtual teams and under changeable conditions,
- reflect on the effects of the VUCA world at individual as well as team level and build up self-competences in dealing with them,
- explain and analyze effects of the modern world of work on cooperation and leadership, and
- analyze them from an ethical perspective.
