Learning outcome

After successful completion of this course, students can:-explain and reflect on the general context of the digital transformation (VUCA world) -explain the influence of new technologies on organizations and are able to analyse potential impacts of digitalization and digital transformation on the workplace-understand functionalities and application scenarios of agile methods in terms of New Work and are able to apply them in their work-take different perspectives on the influence and effects of workplace transformation.
