Learning outcome
After this lecture students can apply knowledge of high-quality teams, concepts regarding systems analysis, intercultural management and leadership. They are trained in how to deal with interpersonal and organizational questions, regarding the management of complex processes, intercultural behavior and communication, personnel management and leadership. The students gain competencies in the fields of behavior in complex intercultural situations, in intercultural business settings and interaction with employees.
