Learning outcome

After the course the students will be able to identify specific cultural challanges in multinational companies. They can develop and implement efficient strategies to improve the intercultural competence of employees and managers. They acquire basic information on intercultural management with focus on potential problem areas in intercultural collaboration. Students will be able to use specific concepts and competencies (with focus on awareness building) to interact successfully with indivduals and groups of different cultures.
