- principles and methods of modern HRM in project-oriented organizations,
- approaches for HR strategies and strategic HRM, effects on the use of HRM instruments and measures,
- use of HRM instruments (performance management, remuneration, per-sonnel development, personnel administration and IT, etc.) from manager as well as project manager perspectives,
- selected areas of HRM activity in POO (flexibilization strategies, international HRM, HRM in change management, etc.)

After successfully completing this course, students will be able to
- illustrate modern approaches and instruments of HR management,
- describe the functions of personnel management adapted for project-oriented organizations,
- recognize the competences and skills of staff and purposefully take them into account when performing HR tasks,
- select, deploy and develop suitable staff when in a leadership or project manager role.
