Learning outcome

Upon successful completion, students will be able to understand process orientation in a business context and map business processes using standard tools. They will have the ability to apply methods allowing to implement and control processes and use simple process management systems. They will understand the interaction between quality management and process management and they will be able to draw a connection between quality management and project management.
