- Preparing and planning presentations (adequate presentation process and communication style)
- Structuring: logical development of ideas, effective focus on key messages, signposting, linking
- Effective opening techniques (rhetorical questions, amazing facts, problems, anecdotes, etc.)
- Engaging audiences (establishing the right level of rapport, influence audience’s thinking about topic)
- Visuals (using the right number of slides, professional slide design, handling visuals professionally)
- Voice (speed, volume)
- Body language (posture, hands, eye contact, movement, face)
- Closing questions (clear summary, handling questions effectively, concluding with impact)
- Grammar – vocabulary – pronunciation

- to design, give and defend presentations, mainly about logistics topics, in a satisfactory situational foreign language
- to spontaneously and proficiently field questions about their presentation content
- to design and create adequate visuals
- to present and interpret trend movements
