Input, vocabulary exercises, texts and articles, listening comprehensions, group discussions, case studies, role plays, reflective assignments.
Assessment methods and criteria
50% final written exam (vocabulary/definitions, reading/writing; closed book exam), 20% presentation, 10% written home assignments, 20% continuous assessment in the (virtual) classroom.
