Learning outcome

After successful completion of the module, the students can

  • name, and differentiate between, basic business terms
  • put the various sub-disciplines of business administration in relation to each other and to explain their interrelations
  • recognise demarcations and overlaps of different business disciplines and to explain their relationship to each other
  • analyse business problems in the areas of strategy, marketing, human resources and accounting and apply appropriate standard business models
