Cross-cultural Management
Brief description
Overview about the general aspects of cross-cultural management and various cultural aspects; overview about most important theories und application areas of cross-cultural management, as well as empirical results referring to differences between selected countries and group of countries regarding cultural dimensions (quantitative) and cultural standards (qualitative); critical discussion. A regional focus lies on the BRIC countries, especially in Asia and Latin America.
