Brief description

  • basic concepts of change (organizational design vs. organizational development),
  • OD phase models; change management model (Lewin, Kotter),
  • fields of activity in change management (strategy, organization, culture, technology) & interplay of these fields,
  • tools for analyzing, planning, implementing and monitoring the CM project, developing a change architecture,
  • organizational change and individual resistance,
  • analysis and diagnosis of processes, opportunities and problems based on real change processes,
  • consulting approaches, differentiation between expert and process as well as systemic consulting,
  • developing a suitable consulting approach (architecture),
  • possible interventions, their planning and implementation in consulting processes
