Learning outcome
After successful completion of the course, students can apply concepts of change management and systemic management ideas. They are aware of the challenges regarding complex social behaviour and communication. They understand the learning and the process of change, the behavioral, cognitive and psychodynamic approach to change, and can manage change in self and others.
