Learning outcome

Upon successful completion, students will be able to analise business ideas in relation to their innovation potential. They will have an integrated approach to planning new products / business units / projects while considering aspects of marketing, the organisation and finance in equal measure. They will know what components a business plan consists of and will be able to independently create and implement such a plan.
