Learning outcome
After successful completion of the course, students can
- name and explain economic terms related to the topics covered
- describe and interpret general quantitative input (e.g. sales figures, trends)
- present general economic processes and companies,
- explain internal and external factors influencing businesses (e.g. stakeholders)
- describe and explain methods of corporate management,
- use terminology relevant to the subject, and apply general business language skills
- apply their knowledge of English (business) grammar to business topics and situations
- communicate formally and informally in writing
- analyse and discuss mini-case studies on HR management.
