Selected chapters from the Advanced Market Leader book linked to the contents of the degree programme (Strategy, Online Business, New Business, Project Management)
(group) presentations whose contents are based on/linked to the contents of the semester and degree programme
Industry-relevant texts, articles and listening comprehensions
Industry-relevant group discussions, case studies and role plays
Reflection on discussed contents, also as the basis for the English courses in the third and fourth semester.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Input, vocabulary exercises, texts and articles, listening comprehensions, group discussions, case studies, role plays, reflective assignments.
Assessment methods and criteria
50% final written exam (grammar, vocabulary/definitions, writing; closed book exam), 20% presentation, 10% written home assignment, 20% continuous assessment in the (virtual) classroom.

After successful completion of the course students are able to
