After successful completion of this course, students can:
- identify links between different managerial tasks
- apply calculation models to managerial tasks (e.g. company analysis, financial management, production planning, cost accounting and cost control)
- work with existing calculation models, identify weak points and provide suggestions for improvements
- conduct profitability analyses.
