After successfully completing the course, students will be able to *) explain and apply the principles and values of agile project management, *) use agile methods such as Kanban, Scrum, Design Thinking and OKR in product development in a targeted manner, *) set up agile methods and roles in small projects and carry out projects and product developments in an agile manner.
